Flotation therapy is a highly effective method for stress relief and relaxation. It involves floating in water saturated with 250kg of Epsom salt, making the water incredibly buoyant. The water is heated to skin temperature (35.5°C), creating a sensation where you can't distinguish between body parts in contact with the water. This sensory deprivation can heighten your senses, making for an amazing experience.

While you can float every day without harm, we find that the relaxing effects of a 45m float typically last beyond that day. For best results, we recommend regular sessions, and many clients find that floating once a week provides the most benefits.

To prepare for a floatation session, it's important to relax beforehand. Avoid shaving right before your session to prevent discomfort from salt water. Remove your contacts and avoid caffeine as it may interfere with relaxation. If it's your time of the month, consider rescheduling for a more comfortable experience.
